The Madelaine Chocolate Company uses new technologies and state of the art manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure that only the best quality is given to our clients.
Currently our factory in New York is 200,000 square feet, complete with 14 molding lines and 8 production kitchens.
Our staff of 450 employees ensures that on average 100,000 lbs of chocolate can flow through the factory in just one day, that’s 20 million lbs in just one year!
